National Days Calendar - We celebrate National Preschool Health and Fitness Day on the last Friday in January every year. This year, it falls on January 27. We’re all getting ready to raise awareness and promote healthy lifestyle habits of physical education and healthy eating in preschool children. It’s a day to ensure our preschoolers are moving physically and staying healthy. Did you know that having a healthy, warm, and supportive environment for kids in the early days can help them develop better social skills and build character? So, let’s come together and implant healthy habits in our children through National Preschool Health and Fitness Day.
It's time to get moving everyone! These resources have info on Health and Fitness Day. BUT... there are printables, activities, games, nutrition, etc. to help you get started.
