Whether you are joining us under the "Big Top" this Saturday or cheering us on from afar, this is your chance to win incredible items while supporting our school. From one-of-a-kind classroom art to exclusive local experiences, there is something for everyone.

Anyone can bid and win! You do not need to be an EIP ticket holder or be present at the event to participate in the silent auction.

Community Parties already went live this week—and tickets are already going fast! Hosted by AL families, these unique events bring our community together for memorable experiences, from fun nights out to relaxed gatherings with fellow parents. It's a great way to connect, celebrate and support our school.

Secure your spot before they sell out:

• Shrimp Boil: A night of flavor and festivity, including a traditional shrimp boil, smoked meats, classic sides, cocktails & music.
• Ultimate Tailgate Experience: Enjoy BBQ, cold drinks, and NFL Sunday on the big screen in the Oak parking lot—plus a can’t-miss Knockout Tournament for the kids.

Raffle tickets are currently on sale, and there is no limit to the number of chances you can purchase. This year’s prizes include Oak and Cherry Staff vs. Students Soccer Match (one winner per K-5 campus) and an Armour Social Media Star Experience.

Raffle winners will be drawn during the Evening in Paris event, but you do not need to be present to win—so get your tickets in early!

This year, our Fund-A-Need goal is $30,000 to transform nursing offices across all three campuses. Our school nurses are the frontline of care each day, and maintaining high-quality healthcare equipment where it is needed most is both essential and costly.

Your donations will provide essential tools like SPOT Vision Screeners, secure medication storage, and updated recovery spaces. While EIP proceeds benefit the Annual Fund, every dollar given to the Fund-A-Need goes directly toward creating safe, modern, and fully equipped health rooms for every student.

Whether you’re joining us under the Big Top or cheering us on from home, your support is the heartbeat of our community—let’s make this year’s Cirque a spectacular success for our students together!

• Anyone can participate—you do not need to be an AL family! Invite friends, neighbors, alumni, and supporters. Share on social media and in groups. Remember, it all goes back to our kids!

• Open seating: Individual tickets do not have assigned seats; seating is first come, first served during dinner. Certain tables will be reserved for sponsors and community members who purchased a full table.

• Save your payment info: Registering in advance lets you bid and donate with ease. Be sure to save your credit card info in the system so that you can relax and enjoy the experience on Saturday!

• Check-in details: Upon arrival, please be ready with the name your tickets were purchased under. Our team will get you checked in quickly so you can enjoy the night.

• Cash is only recommended to tip the bartenders. All other transactions will take place online, so make sure to charge your devices!

• Won something? Digital items will be emailed to winners. Winners of physical items will need to arrange pickup at the Armour campus the week of 5/4. Items can also be delivered locally to your door for a $10 donation!

• Event parking: you are encouraged to carpool, take a rideshare...or utilize the streetcar, which stops just outside the venue at Main & 14th Street! Parking in the Cosentino's Garage (1226 Main Street) and the KC Live! Garage (151 E 13th Street) will be free. You must bring your parking ticket to one of the venue bars for validation.
