MIKEY WEINSTEIN’S OPEN STATEMENT

TO RABID CHRISTIAN NATIONALIST

AND LONG-TIME MRFF ADVERSARY

VA SECRETARY DOUG COLLINS

As we reported earlier this week, Christian nationalist/MAGA

former congressman and long-time MRFF enemy VA Secretary Doug Collins has issued an “Anti-Christian Bias” memo,

urging VA employees to rat on coworkers who don’t allow

their poor persecuted Christian supremacist colleagues

to force their religion on everybody.

“Your transparent attempt to force honorable VA employees

to literally rat each other out in a deliberately futile attempt to find NONEXISTENT ‘anti-Christian bias’ throughout the VA is nothing more than a cheap yet still horrific replication of

what the Nazis did when they controlled France by

installing its own Vichy government.”

“I will not address you as ‘Secretary’ Collins. That honorific is neither justified nor earned by someone as despicable and bereft of human compassion, empathy, knowledge, character, and integrity as you. Your transparent attempt to force honorable VA employees to literally rat each other out in a deliberately futile attempt to find NONEXISTENT ‘anti-Christian bias’ throughout the VA is nothing more than a cheap yet still horrific replication of what the Nazis did when they controlled France by installing its own Vichy government. Listen carefully, you worthless piece of Christian nationalist excrement — there is absolutely NO ‘Christian bias’ at the VA! And of course you KNOW that, you miserable wretch of a fundamentalist Christian coward. However, there IS an endless plethora of examples of obnoxious, UNCONSTITUTIONAL pro-Christian bias throughout that vast agency you are charged by tRump with leading.

“Indeed, you scurrilous scum, there is not a single Veterans Administration Medical Center that doesn't have a massive display in their ‘Patriot Store’ merchandise area that is filled with ONLY Christian reading materials, not only to the complete exclusion of any other religions but nearly devoid of any non-religious options. The Military Religious Freedom Foundation has demanded under the Freedom of Information Act the contract to the literature provider, ‘Choice Books,’ and the VA is now well over three years late under the statute in providing the information. Here's your first heads up that we will sue you on this and we will win! You and your MAGA counterpart Nazi brown shirts will never win because the courageous essence of the American people will rise up and legally, ethically, and morally fight to support our beautiful constitution. Your ‘Potemkin Village’ of anti-Christian bias is actually a putrid Palace of Pro-Christian supremacy, dominance, exceptionalism, and exclusivity. Your attempt to terrorize VA employees, and by doing this, the rest of the American citizenry will fail, just as Hitler and his Nazi counterparts failed. We will see you in court as soon as possible!”

only “CHOICE” is Christian reading material.

Christian books from “Choice Books” are the only reading material

available in the “Patriot Stores” at VA medical centers across the country.

MESSAGE FROM THE SECRETARY

Task Force on Anti-Christian Bias

On February 6, 2025, President Trump enacted Executive Order (EO) 14202, Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias, establishing a Task Force to review the last Administration's treatment of Christians.

Accordingly, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is establishing its own Task Force to better effectuate the Department's internal review. The VA Task Force now requests all VA employees to submit any instance of anti-Christian discrimination to Anti-ChristianBiasReporting@va.gov.

Submissions should include sufficient identifiers such as names, dates, and locations.

While the VA Task Force will review all instances of anti-Christian bias, it is specifically seeking the following:

  1. Any examples of adverse actions taken in response to an accommodation request;
  2. Any retaliatory actions taken in response to religious holiday observances:
  3. Any adverse responses to requests for religious exemption under the previous vaccine mandates;
  4. Any denied request for a religious accommodation,
  5. Any mistreatment or reprimand issued in response to displays of Christian imagery or symbols.
  6. Any observations of mistreatment for not participating in events or activities inconsistent with Christian views;
  7. Any retaliatory actions taken or threatened in response to abstaining from certain procedures or treatments (for example: abortions or hormone therapy);
  8. Any informal policies, procedures, or unofficial understandings hostile to Christian views;
  9. Any examples of retaliatory action against VA Chaplains in response to sermons preached;
  10. Any discipline received in response to religious-based expressions; and
  11. Any failure to be promoted for religious reasons.

Thank you for your attention to this important MATTER.

Mikey,

I cannot thank you enough for what you and your team do to preserve the truest form of freedoms intended by the US Constitution.

I must add, I was amazed at the rapid response, literally within seconds, that you personally made to my email to you reporting my concerns regarding the recent trends against religious freedom and favoring conservative Christianity at VA.

What other organization has the head guy emailing you with his personal phone number within seconds, despite receiving thousands of emails from concerned citizens?

Your work, your courage to speak truth to power, your energies invested in preserving our shared freedoms, to include freedom for all people with all religious and spiritual viewpoints and not just those of select persons in power, cannot be praised enough. The value is beyond price.

Thank you,

Concerned VA Employee
