I hope everyone is as excited about Solheim Cup as I am. Toledo has prepared for this event and we are ready to safely host thousands of visitors here to watch the best women golfers in the world compete, but also to enjoy the many amazing amenities our city has to offer. This is the the largest event we have hosted in many years, and I know those who visit Toledo will realize what we have known all along: this is a great place to live, work, and play!
The public-private community collaboration to make this happen has been amazing. Great thanks to 13ABC WTVG, Shumaker, Republic Services, and Midland Title for sponsoring streetlight pole banners on Summit, St. Clair, Huron, Dorr, and Reynolds. That is just a small part of the welcome Toledo is delivering to our many guests for Solheim.
I also want to highlight Women Fore Solheim, and thank the women who made it possible for their inclusive efforts that will extend beyond the one week of Solheim.
You will find a myriad of important information on Solheim and Fan Fest below. If you have any questions, Engage Toledo is always open, 24 hours a day, at 419-936-2020.

Attendees are encouraged not to bring any type of bags. However, there will be a CLEAR BAG POLICY. The less you bring, the easier it will be to pass the security checkpoint.
