St. John's University in New York City and Trinity High School have partnered to offer Trinity students guaranteed admission in recognition of Trinity's academically rigorous college-preparatory curriculum that exceeds the minimum core requirements of a high school education, as well as the high placement of Trinity's graduates.
St. John's University (STJ) will be given preferential consideration for conditional admission to Trinity students who:
- achieve a minimum GPA of 3.5 (as calculated by STJ)
- achieve a minimum SAT score of 1200 or ACT composite score of 25, unless applying "test optional" as designated on the STJ admission application
- submit an STJ application, test scores, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other required documents on time
- meet eligibility for admission to STJ under all state, federal, institutional, and other relevant parameters
Students who meet this criteria will receive, at minimum, $10,000 in gift aid each year for four years of continuous, full-time undergraduate study at STJ, inclusive of all institutional funded aid.
