Protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on Property, Webinar│ November 3, 2026

Staff on properties may become accustomed to handling sensitive tenant information and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including Social Security numbers, birthdates, and bank statements.

Join us for a foundational training on managing tenant information. This training will cover access controls for physical and digital assets; document management and file security; Rules of Behavior for EIV and TRACS systems; documents provided to tenants; reporting improper disclosures; and transfer, transportation, and disposal of data.

Maintaining Compliance with DOH and CHFA, Online Workshop │ November 12, 2026

Attend this workshop for guidance on DOH’s federal and state funds and layered compliance for the CHFA Housing Tax Credit. Participants will work through several household income scenarios, rent determination scenarios, and applicable federal and state requirements. As time allows, the workshop will review frequently asked questions and best practices for complying with DOH and CHFA requirements.
