Join us on August 27 at noon ET as our panel of experts discusses “Psychological Safety in Healthcare: Creating Environments Where LGBTQ+ Clinicians Can Lead, Heal, and Thrive.”
Healthcare asks its workforce to show up fully present, focused, and ready to deliver care under conditions of extraordinary pressure. Yet for thousands of LGBTQ+ clinicians across the country, a significant portion of their cognitive and emotional energy is consumed not by the demands of patient care, but by the daily calculation of how much of themselves they can safely reveal in the environments where they work.
| | | That calculation has a cost to the clinician, to the care team, and ultimately to the patient. This webinar examines the specific dimensions of psychological safety as they intersect with LGBTQ+ identity in clinical and healthcare leadership settings and provides actionable frameworks for creating environments where every clinician can contribute their full capability without the burden of concealment. | | |
