THE FINE PRINT

• Anyone may use the 10% discount code during the RegFest window on December 4th regardless of membership status. This code is specifically for non-members. It may not be applied in combination with the member's 25% off discount or any other offers/discounts.

• Only 2022 HPRS Members will enjoy 25% off during the RegFest window. This discount is applied at checkout automatically, and the 10% discount code will not work in conjunction with this offer.

• Codes will work from 6:00:00pm through 9:59:59pm Mountain Time on December 4, 2021. At 10:00pm Mountain time, the RegFest non-members discount code will no longer work. Also at this time, the 2022 HPRS Member's discount will return to the standard 10% off. There will be no exceptions or extensions.

• All HPRS refund and credit policies apply to all registrations. HPRS does not issue refunds under any circumstances, and registrants agree to all of our policies as part of the registration process. Completion of registration for any HPRS event signifies acceptance of, and agreement to, all HPRS policies.

• Limited Edition "Run or Don't" Thermal Hoody sales are $40 per shirt. The cost of this garment includes shipping and handling. Discount codes will NOT work or be applicable to the sale of these shirts. All other add-ons and shirts qualify for member discounts. Shirts will ship in mid-January

• The 10% RegFest code will also work in the HPRS online store. 2022 Members may also use the 10% code for their online store purchases. The 25% member's discount does not apply to our online store or race add-ons.

• The RegFest 10% code, and the 2022 Members 25% discount, will not apply to Multi-Race packs (3-Pack, 4-Pack, or 5-Pack). You may sign up for more than one event per transaction, but you'll need to register for each event one at a time in order to enjoy the discount. HOWEVER, Non-Members may take advantage of the 15% off per-race discount by registering for a 5-Pack. While the 10% RegFest code will not work for the 5-Pack, the 5-Pack comes with a 15% discount which supersedes the 10% discount. 2022 Members should not purchase a 5-pack if they want the 25% discount, instead of purchasing through the bundle they should register for each race individually.

• All who register during RegFest are eligible for raffles and prizes. Priority for raffles and prizes will be given to those where an exchange of monies is part of their purchase.
