Sara Bonesteel
Senior Asset Management and Insurance Executive - Independent Director, Formerly Prudential International
Sara Bonesteel is the recently retired Chief Investment Officer of Prudential International (PII), a division managing over $150 billion USD equivalent in assets. PII’s businesses operate across Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Prior to her role at International, Sara served as the Chief Investment Officer of the Workplace Solutions Group within Prudential’s U.S. businesses. In this capacity, she oversaw the strategic and tactical investment activities for the portfolios supporting Prudential’s Retirement and Group Insurance businesses. She also spent three years as Head of Portfolio Strategy within the Chief Investment Office. Before joining the Chief Investment Office in 2013, Sara was Head of Alternative Investments at Prudential Fixed Income, where she managed the Dryden Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) platform and its fixed income hedge strategies. Prior to joining Prudential Financial in 2008, she had an extensive career in the capital markets, including 17 years at Bear Stearns, where she served as a Senior Managing Director in structured products. Ms. Bonesteel holds a BA in English from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is currently a Director at Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC, S&P Global Ratings, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Newark Museum.
Jess Fitzgibbon
Managing Director, Head of Product for Aladdin Risk, BlackRock
Jess Fitzgibbon, Managing Director, is the Head of Product for Aladdin Risk. In this role, Jess is responsible for the strategy, product vision, and roadmap execution of our Portfolio Analysis and Risk Analytics workflows in Aladdin. Jess and her team oversee Aladdin applications including Aladdin Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), Risk Radar, Explore and the Portfolio Analytics API. Prior to joining BlackRock, Jess spent most of her career at FactSet, including roles based in both Paris and London. Early in her career, Jess was a Risk Analyst at Invesco in Houston, Texas where she focused on Global Equity & Sector funds. Jess earned a Bachelor of Science, with a Finance concentration, from the University of Notre Dame.
Siobhan Kranz
Director of Client Partnerships, Axiom Investors
Siobhan is a Director of Client Partnerships at Axiom Investors. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing existing client relationships and working with prospective clients. Siobhan joined Axiom from Echo Street, where she was Director of Investor Relations. Siobhan has extensive experience developing and managing global institutional and consultant relationships at prior firms including Eaton Vance, Stone Harbor, Artio Global, and AllianceBernstein. Siobhan has the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University, State University of New York. In her free time, Siobhan embraces the adventure of travel with her young family in the hope of discovering a new favorite place and gaining a broader perspective.
Paula Robinson
Head of Global Focused Equity, Manager Research, Willis Towers Watson
Paula Robinson is a senior director in our global manager research team, responsible for researching equity strategies. Paula leads our Focus Equity team who are responsible for sourcing and reviewing concentrated Global Equity mandates, she is also a key member of our Equity Investment Committee contributing to strategic decisions across our Equity platform. Paula works with advisory clients on manager selections and our internal equity portfolio management group on portfolio construction. Her day-to-day role involves in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis across areas such as stock selection, portfolio management, ESG integration, culture, firm stability, and DEI. Paula is on the Global Manager Research Leadership team and currently leads the DEI manager research working group at WTW. Originally from the United Kingdom, Paula started her career in London in 2007 with Buck Consultants, where she held a range of roles across the actuarial pension and investment consulting practices. Paula moved to the U.S. in 2013 where she led Buck's U.S. Manager Research function, a position she held until 2019 when she left the profession to start a family. Paula re-joined the industry with WTW at the start of 2022 and is based in the New York City. Paula has a master’s in actuarial finance from Imperial College London and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Durham. Paula has her CFA in ESG Investing.
Sweta Vaidya
Senior Vice President, Actuary, YMCA Foundation
Sweta Vaidya performs key actuarial analysis for the YMCA Retirement Fund including directing and overseeing the annual valuation process and working closely with the Fund’s consultants on asset-liability analysis. Sweta brings a diverse set of experiences to the organization from the asset management and investment and actuarial consulting industries. Prior to joining the Fund, Sweta was the Head of Solution Design at Insight’s New York office where she worked on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address client-specific risk, return, and strategy objectives. Before that, she served as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets Research at Callan LLC, where she consulted to a wide range of asset pools and assisted with their strategic investment planning and investment manager research. Sweta also spent thirteen years at Willis Towers Watson where she performed actuarial valuations and asset/liability studies for some of the largest pension plans in the U.S. to determine asset allocation, explore alternate benefit designs, and make funding policy decisions. Sweta earned a BS in Finance and Actuarial Science from The Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), an enrolled actuary (EA) and a CFA charterholder.
Dana Hildebrandt
Co-head of the North America Institutional Client Group, Ninety One
Dana co-heads Ninety One’s North American Institutional Client Group in New York. She focuses on business development and managing consultant channel relationships, while also leading strategic initiatives within the broader distribution team. Dana joined Ninety One in 2023 from State Street Global Advisors, where she was Head of Consultant Relations. Previously, she served as Director of Investments at Willis Towers Watson and as the Trust Investments Director at a large corporation. An advocate for financial literacy and education, particularly for women, Dana works closely with Rock the Street, Wall Street, and 100 Women in Finance. Dana holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and carries her Series 7, 3, and 63 certifications.
