More about Michael Alois Wagner
Michael Alois Wagner’s remarkable journey began in a small Austrian town, shaped by a deep-rooted passion for fitness and a drive to go beyond limits. Everything changed when, at just 18, he met his idol Arnold Schwarzenegger in Munich - a moment that lit a fire within him and set the course for his life’s mission. Driven by this early inspiration, Michael built a career as a competitive athlete, founded several successful fitness studios across Austria, and developed seminars that combined physical training with mental strength, personal transformation, and a focus on longevity through salutogenesis and anti-aging.
His path soon expanded into therapeutic coaching, where he led trainings and lectures in health, performance psychology, and quantum theory. A visionary in the field of holistic wellness, Michael co-founded Q-loungefit – Institute of Health with his wife Christine, a former athlete and marketing expert. The institute, which focused on salutogenesis and health promotion, grew to over ten locations in Austria and Italy. Though no longer managing the company, their legacy continues to influence wellness spaces across the region.
Michael’s expertise and charisma also opened doors to the world of Hollywood. Over the years, he has built a strong network of high-profile personalities, hosting guests from Hollywood at their retreat in Austria. These encounters reflect not just his professional success, but also the powerful impact of his personal story and philosophy.
In 2020, Michael was honored as the second Austrian — after Schwarzenegger — to be inducted into the prestigious Golden Dumbbell Club Hall of Fame in Los Angeles.
Today, he shares his insights as a global speaker, inspiring audiences around the world with topics ranging from fitness and mental coaching to quantum medicine and sustainable health practices with an emphasis on longevity and anti-aging.
Michael’s life is a living example of what’s possible when vision, resilience, and heart come together—empowering countless people to transform their bodies, minds, and lives.
