The Regency at West Windsor, Mercer County, New Jersey, an adult community (55+), will feature a total of 22 condominium homes, all of which have 2 bedrooms. These very low-, low- and moderate income units are available for purchase by income-qualified households who meet the age restriction. At lease one person in the household must be 55 years or older. A random selection will be held on September 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, August 25th, 2025, after which the waiting list was closed.
