Bible Study will be in Grigg Parlor on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 am. Please join us!!!! This is an outstanding opportunity to study the Scripture lessons of the day. There will be Bible Study this Sunday!!

These will be posted on Facebook, usually on Friday afternoon and will cover various topics from the Bible, Spiritual Books, and other Devotional Literature and will include prayers. Join us for our Souper Bowl Sunday Soup Luncheon on Super Bowl Sunday, February 11, 2024! The Sunday School classes will collect money and non-perishable items for our food pantry. We will have soup to share after worship. There is a sign-up sheet in Arnold Hall for those interested in making soup to share!

The Babcock Chapel will be open for private prayer in an intimate setting from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The Babcock Chapel is located in the hallway between the Sanctuary and Arnold Hall. There are a few chairs and a private kneeler for your private prayer. Please feel free to close the door for privacy, leaving it open when you are finished.

The FLOM Committee is holding a Murder Mystery Party at the Kenan House on February 10, 2024. For those who signed up, please check your email for your character information!

The Cub Scouts meet Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. These meetings take place at the church. The Girl Scouts also meet at the church at various times. Please speak with Susan Haley if you are interested in more information.

We will be starting a new Zoom Adult Forum in January by reading the book "In My Grandmother's House" by African American Womanist Theologian and Dean of the Howard University Divinity School, Dr. Yolanda Pierce. This book explores the wisdom of our grandmother's and their importance in our faith development and growth. This is also an important introduction to Womanist Theology. You do not have to attend all of the sessions to participate. The study will be led by the pastor, and we hope to invite a guest to discuss issues related to the book.
