Another eventful legislative session is now behind us. This year, 990 bills passed the legislature. Of those, 183 were vetoed by Governor Newsom, and 807 became law. 

In case you missed it, last week we released a rundown of priority legislation and how it resulted. This week, we present our legislator voting scorecard on our industry's top three priority bills so you can see how your representatives voted.

Connect CRE highlighted the passage of industry sponsored AB 2904 (Quirk-Silva; D-Fullerton), which will change the current law by requiring a longer notice period of 60 days to be given to property owners before a public hearing is held on a proposed zoning ordinance or amendment.
