February marks the beginning of our Jaden Lavi (Life Garden) Project in Les Anglais.
This exciting new initiative will establish a ¾-acre vegetable garden to strengthen our local healthy food distribution efforts. The project will:
Provide fresh, nutritious produce to the community
Employ two farmers full-time
Generate revenue to support future expansion of the garden and the development of an adjoining food distribution center.
Even more importantly, Jaden Lavi is about more than vegetables. It is a living testimony to God’s goodness and provision—creating meaningful opportunities to share the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
So far, the land has been tilled and irrigated, and the first crops—leeks, peppers, spinach, and tomatoes—are already in the ground.
