Calabash Elementary
Each Friday during the month of April, the members participate in Fine Art with Coach Kat. From learning to draw an owl, to expressing their creativity through Triangle art. This program is for all grade levels and runs for four weeks. Art is a way for children to feel relaxed, calm, and improves their mood.

Justice St. Elementary
This month at Justice one of our specialty programs offered was Hip Hop on Tuesdays. It took place both indoors and outdoors. Hip Hop classes aren't just about dancing—they're about creative expression. Kids learn cool moves while also making their graffiti-style art in their Hip Hop booklets. Our Hip Hop instructor Lilian does an amazing job at keeping our members engaged. It's all about having fun, being confident, and exploring the artistic side of Hip Hop culture! We will be culminating the program soon with a Hip Hop Showcase.

Woodland Hills Elementary
Bullyproof the Musical was a 2 man play that came to Woodland Hills to perform all of our members. This was a performance about anti-bullying in a light and fun way that 2nd-4th graders would enjoy. Our members thoroughly enjoyed the performance and asked to stay longer if their parents came to get them early. Overall, this was a very informative performance that taught our members the importance of standing up to bullying.

Gary M. Thomas Clubhouse
This past Friday, the Gary M. Thomas Clubhouse was buzzing with excitement as members gathered for a thrilling slime-making session. The event, led by enthusiastic junior coaches from the 5th grade, drew in kids to craft their custom slime creations. Laughter and chatter filled the air as everyone mixed, stretched, and decorated their slime with colorful beads, glitter, and vibrant dyes. The junior coaches guided the group through each step, offering tips and tricks to help everyone achieve the perfect slimy texture. It was a memorable afternoon filled with creativity, teamwork, and a lot of messy fun!

Teen Center
These are our teens engaging in our public service announcement program which runs every Monday and Wednesday from 4 pm-5 pm. Here we can see the teens learning how to handle interviews during a podcast properly. The host of Valley Views SFV Media and Radio came to instruct our teens in this program. We also want to highlight the strong engagement by our members and how well it was received. Our PSA program aims towards spreading awareness of vaccines and overall healthy living. This program allows our members to share stories and opinions on different topics.

Monthly givers help provide high-quality programs which serve the kids and youth across the West Valley during the most critical hours of the day, after school.
You can help us reach our goal this month.
-
20 monthly donors at $10 which provides one afternoon of services for one kid every month.
-
20 monthly donors at $25 who can help subsidize one kid's transportation to the Clubhouse for one day every month.
-
5 monthly donors at $42 to provide supplies for one class offered to 20 kids every month.
-
5 monthly donors at $84 to provide a STEM kit for one class of 20 kids every month.
-
2 monthly donors at $100 to provide two youths at the Gary M. Thomas Clubhouse with a full scholarship.
We serve the kids daily because you partner with us on our mission to inspire and enable every young person, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible adults.
