Barnes & Noble Book Fair - July 23-31

The Barnes and Noble bookstore on Litchfield Road will be hosting a series of Book Fairs throughout the year. During this time, they will have tables set up in the store with consumable books for each of our grade levels.  If you choose to purchase your consumables elsewhere, please be sure the ISBN number matches the approved book list. You can also order books from Barnes and Noble online at www.barnesandnoble.com.

EduKits

EduKits ordering is now closed. If you purchased an EduKit, it will be delivered to your home before the start of school.

Information regarding our school uniforms and dress code is available on the Uniform Page of our website, and in our Family Handbook. Additionally, you will find links to our uniform vendors, Dennis Uniform and Anton Uniforms and information about upcoming sales (when available). Please see the website for more information.

Our summer Uniform Exchange will be held on Saturday, July 30 from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM in the Archway MPR.

Families may purchase used uniforms at a discounted price or may receive credit for donating used uniforms. Only Dennis/Anton brand uniforms in good condition (no holes, stains or frayed edges) will be accepted for exchange credit.

We are looking forward to our Meet the Teacher Open House on Monday, August 1. During the grade-level times listed below families are invited to meet their child's teacher, visit the classroom and deliver books and supplies. Reminder: Students should come dressed in full uniform to our Meet the Teacher event. 

Parents should plan to attend the Meet the Teacher based on student's grade-level during the times below. Families will receive an introductory email from their classroom teachers on the morning of the Meet the Teacher and class assignments will be posted at the event as well.

Meet the Teacher Times:

Kindergarten/1st Grade: 1:00-2:30 PM

2nd/3rd Grade: 2:30-4:00 PM

4th/5th Grade: 4:00-5:30 PM

During Meet the Teacher, there will be a School Info Fair in the Archway Multipurpose Room (MPR) featuring representatives from our Parent Service Organization (PSO), the Hot Lunch program, after-school Athenaeum, the School Nurse, and front office staff to answer questions.

The PSO will also have a Back-to-School Photo Spot where you can take your child's photo to celebrate the new school year!

Additionally, a representative from Spalding will be on-site selling Spalding materials during this event. Parents can pay via credit card, check or cash (exact change only). More information to come!

Trivium Prep will be starting a new Flag Football team this coming fall. This team will be a 5th and 6th grade co-ed team. This will be developmental for those wishing to prepare for tackle football or as an opportunity for those that want to play football without tackle.

We will be hosting a one-week Flag Football Camp with Coach Thomas next week, beginning Monday, July 18. Please register via TeamSnap with the following link:

Trivium Prep Co-ed Flag Football Camp

Who: 5th and 6th grade co-ed (25 participants max)

Where: Trivium Prep Gym

When: July 18th-22nd, 2:00-3:30 PM

What: Skills and drills to prepare for flag football. $75 fee for 5-day camp

Registration for Early Drop-off Club opens July 22!

If you need to drop off your child between 7:00-7:20 AM, Early Drop-off Club is available in the Archway MPR. For more information and to register, visit our website. Early Drop-off Club begins on the first day of school.

We are looking forward to welcoming volunteers back to campus this year! All Archway Trivium volunteers must have Raptor clearance before volunteering on campus. Raptor clearance must be renewed annually, so if you were cleared last year, you must complete the clearance process again for the 2022-23 school year.
