Following very successful careers as life sciences executives, Martin and Pascal have turned their attention to sustainability and both approach this new challenge from a complete new angle and most importantly, with humility and personal accountability.

As the market undergoes significant changes, particularly in the wake of recent widespread layoffs, including in the Boston region, this event will delve into whether finding employment, including for highly trained professionals, has become more challenging or if the landscape is simply evolving.
Tailored for early- and mid-career professionals, scientists, and anyone interested in the future of work, this event will provide valuable perspectives and actionable advice for navigating the job market in these dynamic times.
