June saw the completion of the the Manufacturing Skills Sprints, a collaborative effort between DRMA, Sinclair College and the Employers Workforce Coalition. Modeled after our successful WorkAdvance program, the Skills Sprints offered individuals interested in a career in manufacturing with the opportunity to earn an industry credential in manufacturing and get placed in an entry-level role. Check out this video which highlights how the Skills Sprints program and WorkAdvance model prepares candidates for your entry-level openings.
