A priest is available during office hours for the blessing of items, spiritual direction, and confession. The office is located next to The Grotto Interpretive Center.

Elevator Modernization Underway

Upper Gardens Temporarily Closed

The Upper Gardens will be temporarily closed through the end of January while the elevator is modernized. 

The modernization project will increase speed and occupancy by replacing mechanical, electrical, and safety systems with state-of-the-art components. 

The Plaza Level will remain OPEN.

The plaza level includes the Chapel, Grotto, St. Peregrine Shrine, Gift Shop, Interpretive Center, Stations of the Cross path, and more.

And the Christmas Festival of Lights returns Friday, Nov. 27!

As I gaze upon Your Holy Cross, may I be reminded of the boundless love You have for me. In Your sacrifice, I find hope; in Your suffering, I find strength; and in Your resurrection, I find the promise of eternal life. Help me carry Your love into the world, offering kindness, forgiveness, and peace to all I meet.

Relighting the Cross

The cross that shines on the Meditation Chapel can be seen from miles away. However, the lights have been dim in recent months.

We are happy to share that this week workers are installing new LED lighting so the cross will soon shine again.
