Hello Scholars and Grads,

Juan Matiz currently works at Cigna, an Avenica Employer Partner.

The partnership between TheDream.US and Avenica will be an incredibly valuable resource to all my fellow Scholars. I had no idea I’d learn so much about myself!

The assessment, career guidance, and professional coaching helped me pinpoint areas of focus as I develop in my career. I would absolutely recommend the program to anyone, especially those who are early in their careers, to help get started in the right direction and on the right career path.
