Learn how to set practical boundaries that protect your time, energy, and focus so you can grow your business without burning out. Explore what you may be giving up every time you say “yes.”

Participants will:

• Identify where they are currently over-committed or stretched too thin.
• Learn language and scripts for setting boundaries with clients, staff, and partners.
• Understand the trade-offs of overextending and how it impacts results.
• Leave with 2–3 clear boundaries or policies they will implement in their business.
