Hege Yli Melhus Ask

Advisor & owner, Yli Consulting

Hege is a seasoned executive with an extensive career in finance, energy, and media, encompassing several board positions in privately held and publicly listed companies. Helge has served as Group CEO of NHST Media Group, owner of Norway’s leading business daily, DN, and was Executive Vice President of two leading Norwegian public companies operating in the renewable energy and insurance sectors. She holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Paris Dauphine, France, and currently functions as an advisor.

Raphaela Schmid

Head of ESG & Sustainability, SUSI Partners AG

Raphaela leads the implementation of SUSI Partners’ sustainability strategy as Head of ESG & Sustainability. In this capacity, she is responsible for integrating ESG and sustainability principles into investment and asset management processes. She has extensive experience in the infrastructure investment space, having worked on both the sell and buy sides. Before joining SUSI Partners in 2017, she worked for M&A boutique D.CT Deutsche Cleantech GmbH, Deutsche Bank, and PwC.
