As we enter August, our focus turns to coping with loss and grief in a healthy way. Grief is a profound experience that affects us all, and it's important to find constructive coping mechanisms rather than turning to substances.

Included in this newsletter is a blog post with strategies to help you navigate grief while supporting your recovery journey. We hope these insights provide strength and guidance during difficult times.

Warm regards,

Patti Shipp

Clinical Director
