A Message From Our FRIENDS of the Library

books-apple-sm.jpg

You came, you browsed, you bought! It’s wonderful that so many people patronized our August book sale. Books of all kinds found new homes, and sale proceeds will be used to support the variety of programs offered at the library. Our next big sale will be in November – watch for details!

Saturday, September 26 will bring the annual Apple Festival to the Town Green. Along with the library, the FRIENDS will have a tent. Come talk with us to learn more about what we do, and check out the autumn-themed books for sale. The selections will include Halloween books for children, as well as adult horror for those who like to feel shivers down their spines!

The FRIENDS of the Library gratefully accept donations of books in good condition that you no longer need or want. Volunteers will be at the back entrance of the library every Saturday from 9:30 until Noon for assistance. (You can also return books that you previously purchased from the FRIENDS!) To learn more, visit our website at www.FONML.com or e-mail us at FONML001@gmail.com
