1.) March Early Learning Roundtable Recording and Google Sheet – Math Programming
Thank you all that were able to attend our March Early Learning Roundtable sharing how you implement math into your Early Learning Classroom. Please see link below for a recording of the roundtable if you were unable to attend. I have also attached a link to a google sheet that I am hoping each program can fill out. This will only take 1-2 minutes. After you click on the link please find your school name and let us know about one math activity you do in your classroom to bring math alive for your students. This is a google sheet so it will automatically save and others will be able to see your great ideas and you can get fun ideas from others. Thank you!
2.) April Early Learning Roundtable: Literacy Programming - Thursday, April 28th at 4:00pm
Save the Date: Our Early Learning Roundtable time will be spent talking about how you implement
bringing Literacy Programming into your classroom. The hope for these
roundtables is for you to share what you do at your program and then get great
ideas from what others are doing. Please join us at the Zoom link below:
3.) Monthly Meetings with Dick Abrams – Sign up for a Month
Each month I meet with Dick Abrams, who started the Fulcrum ECE Fund that supports our programs, to update him on Early Learning programming and needs in our archdiocese. Each month, as a part of our monthly meeting we have a director or lead join for part of the meeting to give him a virtual tour of their program space and talk about the history, things they are most proud of and needs for their program. Dick really enjoys these conversations and seeing all the programs. The meetings take place at 4pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. If you have not had the chance to participate yet, please let me know if you would like to join one of the meetings this school year and I will get you scheduled. The next meeting is on Tuesday, April 12th at 4:00pm!
4.) April Licensed Program Webinar: Washington Administrative Code (WACS) – Thursday, April 14th at 4:15pm
Save the Date: Our Licensed Program Webinar this month will be spent talking about the Washington Administrative Code for Early Learning. Where to find them, how to navigate them and how to interpret them. I look forward to sharing these valuable resources. Please join us at the Zoom link below:
