Holiday Displays

There's been increasing buzz in the neighborhood regarding holiday decorations, so we're taking this opportunity to clarify the Holiday Display Policy. Section 3.6 of the Association Rules provides guidelines for holiday decorations so everyone can enjoy the seasonal spirit while maintaining the beauty and integrity of Sincuidados.

  • Permissible Occasions: Temporary displays are permitted for Federal, State, or other official holidays for which outside displays are customarily used. This is a nice way for our community to be festive and vibrant during special times.

  • Location Constraints: All displays must be confined to within 30 feet of the building envelope of your house, to ensure decorations do not encroach upon Association common property or rights of way adjacent to roads, entrances, or other common areas.

  • Avoiding Common Areas: Please refrain from placing displays or decorations on or around lot monuments, driveway aprons, or other common spaces to prevent interference with lot access or identification. The neighborhood must remain accessible and navigable for all residents and visitors.

These policies have been adopted to align with the Declaration and Bylaws of the Association. They have been created to encourage creativity and expressions of joy while avoiding any disruption or inconvenience.

Community News - Streetscape Award

Sincuidados has made significant progress in the Streetscape Plan with the revitalization of the Pima entrance, a project led by Desert Foothills Landscaping (DFL). The Pima entrance transformation was successfully completed in May and has received positive feedback, indicating an increase in the perceived value and appeal of Sincuidados.

In recognition of their substantial contribution, the Sincuidados Board awarded a Thank You Plaque to DFL. This token of appreciation was presented by Bruce Wargo, HOA President, at the September Board Meeting to key members of their team, including Project Manager, Kevin Lafferty.

Looking ahead, DFL will continue its work at the Dixileta and Lone Mountain entrances, ensuring a cohesive and attractive appearance throughout our community.

Keep Sincuidados beautiful.

Be kind and courteous to your neighbors.

Please obey our stop signs and speed limits.

We hope these updates keep you in the loop as we welcome a festive season. Stay tuned for more interesting developments, and as always, feel free to reach out with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions you may have.
