Looking For a Tee-rific Time?

Are you looking for a tee-rific time while supporting our students and teachers?

Our annual Golf FORE Education tournament is on Monday, March 9th! Spend the day on the golf course enjoying delicious food, drinks, and prizes while supporting the Foundation's many programs such as Tools 4 Seminole Schools, Take Stock in Children, Grants for Great Ideas, and more.

There's only 6 foursomes left! If you can't swing a foursome, consider a donation of a prize to our raffle or one of our other sponsorships that doesn't include golfing. Secure your spot today!

Supporting Students During the Holidays

During the holiday season AdventHealth, Orlando Magic, and Florida Citrus Sports generously donated $63,000 to support students and families experiencing food insecurity across Seminole County. This dontion gave funds to every school in SCPS ensuring that students who rely on school meals could continue to have access to nutritious food over the holiday break.

"Helping children and families feel whole starts with meeting their most basic needs, and that includes access to healthy food. We're honored to lead such an amazing initiative, one that truly reflects the heart of our community." - Sharon Line Clary, Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Partnership Engagement, AdventHealth.

In addition to the funds, AdventHealth created a "Drive Out Hunger" holiday bus that traveled to community events, schools, hospitals, and sporting events during December to collect canned goods. All donations were delivered directly to our school food pantries and trusted community partners.

Thank you AdventHealth, Orlando Magic, and Florida Citrus Sports for making sure that our students had access to food over their holiday break!

Have You Heard?

Thank you to The Able Trust, in partnership with the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations, for a $10,000 grant supporting the STEP (Seminole Transition Education Program) into Employment Initiative.

This program provides targeted, intentional guidance through the college and career exploration.

At a school board meeting earlier in the month we had the opportunity to recognize our amazing Take Stock in Children mentors for National Mentoring Month.

All month long we shared stories, photos, and had events to appreciate our mentors. This program wouldn't be such a success without the dedication of these individuals and we are so thankful for them!
