THE REVITALIZER

September 2026

The Revitalize Project was born from a simple but important question: How can we do more?

As the needs of homeowners continue to grow, we recognized that we could not continue solving today's challenges with yesterday's solutions. Fulfilling our mission requires us to constantly think differently, create new opportunities, and invite others to become part of the solution.

When we launched The Revitalize Project, our hope was to expand our impact across Milwaukee and Waukesha counties by creating a new way for individuals, businesses, and community partners to directly invest in the neighborhoods they care about. Whether a sponsor chooses to roll up their sleeves and complete the work alongside us or provide the financial support that allows our team to do it, every project represents a partnership built on compassion and action.

The results have exceeded even our greatest hopes.

In 2025, through a combination of our traditional programs, Revitalize Milwaukee served 24 homeowners. Through The Revitalize Project alone, we are on track to serve 38 additional homeowners families, seniors, veterans, and neighbors who can now remain safely and proudly in the homes they love.

This project is not a replacement for what we have always done, it is an expansion of what is possible.

To the partners who reviewed our vision before we ever launched it, who challenged us to make it stronger, offered thoughtful feedback, and committed to standing beside us during this first-year pilot thank you. Your confidence gave this idea its first foundation. Because of your willingness to believe in something new, homeowners across our community are living in safer homes today.

We also invested in something that has become a symbol of this work our Revitalize Project truck. We hope you've seen it traveling throughout our neighborhoods. We certainly have. It has logged countless miles because there is no shortage of families waiting for hope to arrive at their front door.

Innovation is not about creating something new for the sake of being different. It is about finding better ways to fulfill our mission, reach more people, and ensure that no homeowner is left behind simply because we were unwilling to evolve.

That is exactly what The Revitalize Project represents.

None of this happens alone. Every home repaired, every porch rebuilt, every family that can age safely in place is possible because of people like you who choose to stand beside us.

Together, we are proving that when a community believes in a mission, extraordinary things happen.

Thank you for believing in our vision. Thank you for believing in our homeowners. And thank you for helping us build a stronger, safer community one home at a time.

With gratitude,

Melanie Roach, CEO
