ALWAYS....REACHING HIGHER
From the Superintendent...
Greetings!

Yesterday we learned that Sr. Joyce Cox passed away at the home of her congregation in Mount Carmel Bluffs in Dubuque, Iowa. I think about the picture that I shared with you this summer of the Benedictine Sisters out in Gray’s Harbor and remember that it is their legacy we hope to carry-on today. Sr. Joyce was certainly a giant among them. She has contributed uniquely to the successes in our Archdiocese as a Superintendent, principal, and teacher, and has shared her ministry with all of our schools. I am grateful to continue the work of her legacy. Please share this reflection of her life with your school community.  We take comfort in knowing she has achieved her heart’s desire, to be at home with the Lord.

With gratitude,
Nicholas
