HB25-1331: Marijuana Hotel and Event Deliveries Go to
Social Equity Marijuana Licensees
The marijuana business has a special spot for social equity, and HB25-1331 enhances that advantage for social equity marijuana licensees. The bill gives marijuana delivery to hotels and events exclusively to social equity license holders.
There will be no shortage of fun and entertainment to be had based on marijuana tours that include events and hotel stays. About 420 hotels in the Denver area have permits to offer marijuana parties (all types). No deliveries may occur where alcohol is served. Partier events and hotels must post a notice of an event at the event site 10 days before and the public may file a protest. But who would want to protest all that fun? If someone does, the state and local governments have tools to ensure safety and accountability. Don't tell President Trump about the social equity part.
