My experience working with individuals in each one of these life stages has spanned 40 wonderful years.

I call the stages Pre & Post Birth, Young Adult - Individual Power, The Sandwich Generation and The Twilight years.

A study of the most successful people in the world found that they all had one thing in common.

They all had the following 4 relationships in their day to day life.

1- A COACH: Someone who stands on the sidelines and challenges them to make progress, be accountable & does not buy into their bulls%#t. 

2- A MENTOR: Someone who has successfully accomplished what they want to do.

3- A CHEERLEADER: Someone who believes in them, can clearly see their full potential and encourages them to reach it, no matter what. 

4- A FRIEND: Someone who brings them joy and reminds them that life is about more than material things. 

If you have these 4 people in your life, you are living an abundant, rich life.

This is really a celebration of my mother in heaven, Myrna Nurse, who discouraged me from becoming a fashion designer and encouraged me to become a nurse.

I’ve thanked her every single day since. She continues to occupy all of the four roles in my life from heaven. She is my biggest cheerleader!!!
