Responses from teachers:
Words cannot thank you enough for all the opportunities you offer Culinary teachers. My students and I have benefited from your connections and generosity to pair us with a chef on top of the chef workshops.

I especially appreciated Chef Sheldon for being real about leadership in his restaurants along with sharing his failures. I also liked that he tries to keep up with the social media times and incorporates it into his life. He even shared about his love for tools/gadgets that help make his kitchen more efficient. He definitely sees the bigger picture and tries to reach everyone.
Chef Sheldon competed in the 10th season of Bravo Network's Top Chef Seattle, making it to the top finals and winning Fan Favorite. He returned to the 2017 show again winning Fan Favorite.
