VISUAL ARTISTS, COMMUNITY GROUPS, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRIBUTORS
|
You are invited to display your artwork for free at the annual festival, as artwork and community groups are part of our shared project with Los Angeles City Recreation & Parks and Anderson Memorial Senior Center. You are soooo welcome to display your art (and tables & canopies will be furnished) but their policy is no selling at the event this year. Community groups for a free booth- also contact Louis (Luke) Euzarraga, Facility Director at Anderson Senior Center at 310-548-7596 (w) or email him at
louis.euzarraga@lacity.org
Call for volunteers to help distribute our flyers as we get closer (contact -
louisehr@LAChoreographersAndDancers.org or
jan@peoplesplacesp.com), for contributors (we are non-profit) of funds as well as donated prizes for our famous free drawings in between dance numbers. They have ranged from free cruises, dance classes, jewelry, and on. Forms will soon be up on the festival website following. It's for a great cause (arts in San Pedro) and also good publicity.
