Thank you to all who have made a 2027 financial commitment to Pines! Your commitment helps our Session set a budget for 2027. If you have not made your 2027 commitment yet, there's still time! Put your card in the offering plate or send it to Alexis Graham at the office.

This Thursday at 7:00pm in the Parlor, the Stephen Ministers will host Rev. Greg Han, who is a PCUSA minister with experience in congregational and hospital ministry and teaching experience in comparative religions. Greg will discuss "Keeping the Faith in a Multifaith Society", while also sharing learnings from his experiences in caring for others. Please join the Stephen Ministry team and bring others who may be interested. RSVP to Ann Guerra.

Trunk or Treat is coming up on Sunday from 4:00-5:30pm! We're still collecting individually wrapped candy to help fill the trunks and treat our community's children to a fun and welcoming evening. Donations can be placed in the collection box in the Narthex. Sign up to help run an activity station on the sheet posted in the Fellowship Hall hallway!

Mark your calendar for our next Brown Bag book club meeting on January 13, 2027, when we will discuss the book, Grandma Gatewood’s Walk, by Ben Montgomery. This biography is about the remarkable life of Emma Gatewood who, at 67 years old, became the first woman to hike the 2,050-mile Appalachian Trail completely alone. Her life will surely be an inspiration to us. Questions?  Call Shirley Bollich
