Matt heads to our Roof Top Garden to give you a peak at the landscape... before the growing really settles in.
When Deb first showed me the opening shot, I thought she plucked Matt out and put him on a cherry blossom wallpaper screen. Come to find out he wasn't plucked at all, but right smack in front of the most beautiful backdrop nature could muster!
Here he will cook up a simple asparagus dish and whip up a vinaigrette for this most fleeting of seasons.
