🌟 About Dr. Yvonne Kason
Dr. Yvonne Kason, MD, MEd, CCFP, FCFP, is President and a Founder of Spiritual Awakenings International and a Past President of the International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS). She coined the term “Spiritually Transformative Experiences” (STEs) in 1994 and has personally experienced five Near-Death Experiences, as well as numerous other STEs.
🩺 A retired family physician and MD-psychotherapist formerly on the faculty of the University of Toronto, Dr. Kason became the first Canadian medical doctor to specialize her practice in researching and counseling people with diverse STEs. She has more than 40 years of experience in the field and is an internationally recognized expert on Near-Death Experiences, Kundalini Awakening, and Spiritually Transformative Experiences.
