Road Closures Ahead
Workers this month will apply seal coat material to Sincuidados streets paved last year. Seal coat material helps ensure pavement lasts as long as possible. Work will take place in phases, and certain street sections will be closed during each phase. The map below shows the streets included in each phase. Phase 1 is yellow, phase 2 is red, phase 3 is green and phase 4 is blue.
  • Phase 1 - 6:30 AM, Monday 11/16 until 7:00 AM Tuesday 11/17
  • Phase 2 - 6:30 AM, Wednesday 11/18 until 7:00 AM Thursday 11/19
  • Phase 3 - 6:30 AM, Monday 11/23 until 7:00 AM Tuesday 11/24
  • Phase 4 - 6:30 AM, Tuesday 11/24 until 7:00 AM Wednesday 11/25

If one of the phases includes your home, please park any vehicles you will need outside the phase area during the times listed above. Streets will be closed during these times. Driving on closed streets during these times will damage the seal coat material.

When parking outside a closed section, please park vehicles only on one side of the road to ensure emergency vehicles can pass. Also, please let anyone providing you service know about the closed streets.
