Proudly Presents Keynote Speaker

Dr. Raquel Harrison

Physician, Emergency Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine

Meet the Presenter

Dr. Raquel Harrison is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Lifestyle

Medicine. After being an emergency physician for over a decade, Dr. Harrison started to pursue lifestyle medicine because so much of what she saw her patients struggle with in the emergency department was a culmination of years of lifestyle decisions. She now hopes to encourage people to reframe how they approach moment-to-moment decisions so that they can feel empowered and ultimately thrive as they live to 85 and beyond.
