2.   Email completed application by June 23 to:

Scholarships will be awarded for partial or full costs of Congress registration.  Total funds distributed will be based on available fund balance. The Scholarship Committee will review all applications received by June 23rd. You will be notified a few days later, if you are to receive a scholarship.
