Our longtime friend Dan Nichols, President of the historic Foundry Complex, connected us with one of his newest tenants, and we were excited to help design their new office!
Our Sr. Designer, Meghan Robinson met with company representative Joe Accaoui, the owner of Arthrex Rhode Island, to thoroughly understand the requirements for opening this new 3,200 sq. ft. office. He was looking for a design similar to the company’s Colorado office. A modern and minimal space, with glass wall panels, a sealed concrete floor, and an open area with multi-purpose capability to function as a training space, work space, and gathering space.
The colors chosen reflect the natural elements within the refurbished mill, blending modern style with historic character. In the Training Area, the mobile tables can be easily reconfigured into larger work surfaces, and they are paired with comfortable cushioned stacking chairs. A Kitchenette Bar provides a welcoming spot for breaks during training sessions, while the lounge area, accented by a statement chandelier, offers a relaxed setting for casual meetings. In addition to the office design, all the furniture was supplied and installed by Office Direct. The project came together smoothly, and the team at Arthrex Rhode Island were very pleased with the quality of the work.
Arthrex Rhode Island, an agency of and distributor of Arthrex, offers the highest quality orthopedic products and technology available to health care professionals.
We wish them a prosperous New Year in their brand new office!
