2025 Annual Meeting

Join us at our booth and presentation!

Saratoga Associates is looking forward to joining mayors and municipal leaders from across New York State at the 2025 New York Conference of Mayors Annual Meeting.

We'll be there to discuss how planning, design, and grant strategy can help municipalities like yours strengthen public assets, unlock funding, and bring community-driven ideas to life.

Session Description:

Challenges and Pathways for Local Economic and Community Development

Thursday, May 29, 2025, 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM

Creating a cool, thriving community should be the top priority for every local official. Unfortunately, there’s no one solution, no one straight line to achieving such an outcome. Effective local development requires creative approaches to making places where people want to work, live, and play. This session will highlight various approaches communities are taking to revitalize their cities and villages.

What We Offer Municipal Clients:

✅ Grant Writing & Application Support

We help develop competitive applications for programs like NY Forward, Downtown Revitalization Initiative, LWRP, OPRHP EPF, and the new Municipal Parks and Recreation (MPR) grant.

✅ Community Planning & Design

Parks, downtowns, waterfronts, civic spaces—our team creates visions that reflect community goals and unlock implementation dollars.

✅ Public Outreach

Engage residents and stakeholders, build consensus, and strengthen your project's story.
