A Word from Our CEO Scot Thomas:
"We are experiencing incredible growth and client engagement across the U.S., and John Wallet and his team have shown time and time again that they have both the capacity and expertise to deliver outstanding results. As STC - Safety Training & Compliance, LLC transitions to STC - Safety & Risk Management, we have been humbled by acquisition offers from private equity firms, but we are more confident than ever in our ability to continue thriving independently. In fact, as we reshape how industries approach Safety & Risk strategies, we may soon be exploring acquisitions ourselves.
Our journey began 13 years ago with modest origins as a tactical field safety service company, operating out of my garage. Through sheer determination and our entrepreneurial spirit, we’ve evolved into something much more. Our clients have continually pushed us to expand our services, and it’s through their trust and partnership that we’ve developed a holistic offering that supports operational safety and risk management at every level.
We are excited to take this next step in our evolution. With plans to expand our leadership team, bring on industry specialists, and scale our logistical capabilities, we are poised for safe, steady growth. Our mission remains clear: to challenge the outdated, activity-based safety models and provide an end-to-end solution that prevents workplace incidents across industries."
Expanding our service leadership and logistics, we’re answering the call to end workplace incidents one client at a time. We’re not the ‘core of safety’—we are the end-to-end safety and risk management solution.”
— Scot Thomas, CEO & Founder, STC - Safety & Risk Management
