Recording and Slides from COVID Vaccine Booster Webinar
On Thursday, September 2, the North Carolina Division of Public Health hosted a webinar focused on COVID-19 vaccine booster dose planning in long-term care settings. List of Possible COVID-19 Booster Partners
If you do not currently have a COVID-19 vaccine partner, NC DHHS has compiled a roster of vaccine providers who are interested in supporting long-term care facilities with COVID-19 vaccine booster doses.
We are providing this list of vaccine providers as a resource for long-term care facilities to identify providers that you can connect with locally. If you do not already have a vaccine provider, please do the following:
-
Click on the DHHS LTC link.
-
Download the Excel or PDF document (under “Finding a Vaccine Provider for Booster Doses”).
- Filter on the county in which your facility is located.
- Connect directly with a local provider to see if they can support your facility regarding booster doses.
If you’re still unable to find a provider partner after reviewing our long-term care Web page, please complete the survey indicating you cannot find a provider.
COVID-19 Booster Access Survey
To ensure that all non-skilled long-term care facilities have adequate partnerships for COVID-19 vaccine boosters, please complete this assessment survey to indicate if you have an established relationship with a provider partner.
- If you already have a COVID-19 vaccine partner identified, please complete this survey, which should take no more than two minutes, as soon as possible.
- If you do not currently have a COVID-19 vaccine partner, please reference the list above to identify possible booster dose partners. If you still cannot find a partner, please complete the survey indicating that you cannot find a partner.
