August 2025 Newsletter

Hello SWE Community!

💻 A Strong Start to SWE 2025–2026! 💜

We kicked off the new SWE year in July with a vibrant virtual meeting, and it was a fantastic way to launch the 2025–2026 season! Members gathered online to meet the new board, hear about upcoming events, and share their voices through a live feedback survey.

We loved learning about each other’s fun hobbies and unique talents—from baking to backpacking—and hearing your enthusiasm for more social gatherings and professional development opportunities. The energy and engagement set a powerful tone for the year ahead, focused on connection, growth, and building a strong SWE community.

Thanks to everyone who joined us—we’re excited to keep the momentum going and create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired. 💬✨
