Cyber Insurance Prices Skyrocketing
In 2021, regulatory filings indicated that written premiums for cyber insurance rose an incredible 92%. Not only that, but there are increasingly difficult requirements to reach or that are supposed to be reached in order to reduce those costs. One of the primary areas that this is focused upon is user training.
How Can User Training Be Done?

Sophos offers a product which can allow for users to be enrolled in training videos and/or be sent "internal" phishing messages. These messages are intentionally sent and can be made to look just like a normal phishing email, except there are no links to bad sites. Instead, these emails will track who clicked on them and may be in need of further training in order to better protect your company.
Of course, the adoption of a training program such as this should help in the process to get/maintain insurance and also help to keep those costs down.
