I can't wait to share this the two-part series focused on transformation. I will lay out the cycle of transformation, which describes the step by step process and experience of transformation. I will also share the 8 principles of transformation. This two part series will help anyone determine where they are in their own transformational journey or build the foundation to start their journey of transforming.

Ryan Sawyer is a co-founder and coach at IHP Coaching and owner of Sawyer's Painting. His background is varied and includes college football coach, yoga instructor, meditation teacher and author of Choice Point. He and his wife Heidi have two children and live in Spokane.

in our beautiful Prayer Garden for fellowship.

Our Youth Ministry is OPEN (4yrs-high school aged youth)!

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign-in your young people.

We would also love help with our 0-4 year-olds, so we can

open the nursery to families with young children again. These precious kiddos are a gift to work with and bring such joy to our ministry!

Pretty Up our Playground!

We have a load of beauty bark to spread on the playground, and many hands make light work, so please join us!

People can arrive between 9 and 10 am to help! Bring your gloves and a shovel if you have them.

We're also accepting donations for those who are unable to help with physical labor but want to contribute in some way.

Stay after our 10 am Sunday service for fellowship.
