KRA Corporation Relaunches Innovation Lab: Advancing Workforce Innovation & CQI | |
For 44 years, KRA Corporation has helped jobseekers and businesses succeed in an evolving workforce. As technology reshapes workforce development, we recognize the need to stay ahead by integrating innovative solutions that meet modern job seekers' and employers' needs.
With the rise of AI-driven tools, virtual reality training, and the demand for both in-person and virtual services, the landscape of workforce development is undergoing a major transformation. To respond to these changes, KRA is relaunching the Innovation Lab, an initiative created originally as a Capstone Project during the Fall 2023 KRA Leadership Edge Training Program.
The Innovation Lab---a key driver of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Initiative ensuring that workforce services remain efficient, scalable, and responsive---explores, identifies, tests, and implements innovative solutions that enhance our workforce programs.
A diverse team of Corporate Leaders, Program Directors and Managers, and frontline staff across the country are collaborating to identify and implement practical solutions that meet real-world challenges. This cross-functional approach strengthens CQI by fostering a culture of continuous learning and process refinement.
The relaunch of the Innovation Lab reflects KRA’s commitment to staying at the forefront of this transformational shift within the industry. By integrating AI-driven tools, virtual reality job training, and flexible service models, we are reinforcing our commitment to providing workforce services that are both efficient and impactful.
Please stay connected for updates on how the Innovation Lab is driving KRA forward into the next generation of workforce services!
