June is here!

The Chateau is bustling with activity and we are ready for the busy summer ahead! The crew, the vines, the cats, and the guests are enjoying the beautiful sunny days on the patio. Baby chicks arrived a couple of weeks ago and they are newest addition to our farm family. Just a few more weeks and they will be big enough to roam the vineyards with their mobile coop. The warm weather has got both the garden and the vines excited and growing like crazy! We are seeing bloom in most of our vineyard blocks and fruit set is right around the corner. 2023 is very much under way!

Chef Aislinn has been busy creating the newly expanded food and brunch menus, as well as preparing for our upcoming Dinner Series! We will have the new menus available to pair with your wine experience beginning June 7th! First Friday Tapas and Club Happy Hours have been such a hit, it has been so fun seeing everyone in attendance. We are looking forward to the rest of summer and a busy season!

We are excited to announce that Hedges Family Estate is working with Big Recyclers and The Glass Packaging Institute who are partnered with Basin Disposal, to be the current host of the Benton City Recycling Spoke.

The Hub and Spoke Model Promotes the Circular Economy: Clean glass will be collected at local Spokes, transported to our Pasco Hub, and from there trucked to Seattle or Portland to make new bottles. By recycling our local glass for use by regional glass manufacturers, we’ll be contributing to the true circular economy.

Taste Red Mountain 2023

Immerse yourself in one of the top wine-growing regions of the world at the 2nd Annual Taste Red Mountain event weekend presented by the Red Mountain AVA Alliance.

Secure your spot at the Grand Tasting where you’ll have the opportunity to taste from over twenty producers of Red Mountain AVA wines. Make a weekend out of it by attending collaborative winemaker dinners and experiencing the vineyards while staying active on a guided vineyard hike or at yoga overlooking the vines. There is no better way to enjoy summer in our beautiful region than to take your yoga practice to the lawn at Hedges Family Estate! Enjoy the view of the Hedge's Vineyard and Horse Heaven Hills during a Gentle Flow yoga class led by CBRC Health & Wellness Instructor Kaitlin Carter, 200HR-RYT.

After class, soak up some rays while sipping on a glass of Hedge's wine. Opa's Mediterranean Kitchen will also be onsite with its full menu offering if you want to visit with friends over a meal.

This one-hour yoga class is welcome to all levels. Whether you a new to yoga or have been practicing for years, everyone will benefit from this outdoor class.

Grab your mat, and a friend or two, and join us for this summer yoga series at Hedge's Family Estate!

Tickets for this event include class and a glass of Hedges wine. Additional wine and food purchases are available on the day of the event.

Registration starts at 9:30 am, class will start at 10:00 am. Participants must be 21 to consume alcohol.

Saturday August 19th, Summer Garden

6 pm

Join us for a spectacular dining experience with a garden-inspired menu highlighting late summer garden bounty, curated by our Chef Aislinn McManigal-Quinatana.

Each dinner will include reception wine and a passed app, followed by a seated coursed dinner with paired wines. Unless otherwise designated, all dinners will be outside on our patio (weather-dependent).
