All Intevacon customers can expect top service in the following ways.

Onboarding- we can help you enter the details of your cardholder list, or we can import an existing list of your cardholder details. All sites are brought online and products tested for card controls.
- Training- you will be connected with one of our support team members who will train you on the system and make sure that you understand how to use the Intevacon system to fit your business needs.
- Billing training- once you have transactions in the system, your support team member will host a billing specific training to make sure you are ready to fully utilize the Intevacon system.
- Available for questions- we always provide our phone number and email address for direct communication. You will work with a person from our Atlanta office to answer all of your questions.
- Monthly free video training sessions- Intevacon hosts monthly "Take Two" interactive training sessions where we review aspects of the system and answer questions.
