Annual Meeting Proxies

Proxies were mailed out on March 26th, 2019. Please allow 5-6 business days for mail delivery of proxies. To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy postmarked by April 22 ^nd in advance of the annual meeting.

Please contact CSA at info@csaseapines.com if you do not receive your proxy by 4/4/19.

Annual Report

By April 22, 2019, our 2018 Annual Report will be made available on our website and sent out via email to Sea Pines property owners for whom we have an email address on record.

A limited quantity of printed Annual Reports will be available at the Annual Meeting as well as the CSA Administration office beginning April 30 ^th during regular office hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM M-F).

At this time, the only resolution for the membership of ASPPPO and CSA to be acted upon at the Annual Meeting is the approval of the April 30, 2018 meeting minutes.

Attend the Annual Meeting In Person

If you plan to attend the meeting in person, please reserve your seat by completing the seat registration for each property owner that will be attending.

Tickets will be available beginning Friday, March 29, 2019 at Noon. Reserve your seat for the meeting by clicking here .

In person seating is limited to the first 350 property owners, so sign up today. In person registrations for this event will be taken online only. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your seat reservations.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served following the meetings.

Updates From The Sea Pines CSA

Maintenance Department

Fiber Work along Greenwood Drive 3/28

Thursday 3/28 Custom Security will be boring fiber under the outbound lane on Greenwood Drive near the gate.
This work will occur on Thursday night (3/28) from 11 PM-2 AM.
Traffic patterns may be alternated during this time and traffic delays could occur.
Sea Pines Security will be onsite during this work to assist with traffic.
Please use caution when travelling in this area.

Power Washing Sea Pines Gates

CSA Staff will be pressure washing Ocean Gate beginning Thursday, 3/28 and continuing through Saturday.
Working hours are 6:00 AM-8:00 AM.
Once Ocean Gate washing is completed, work will begin on the Greenwood Gate.
The gates will be open. However, it will be an active work zone, so we ask travelers to proceed with caution.

Beach Walk Repairs

Repairs to beach walks 11,16 and 47 are complete.
We are currently removing the existing damaged concrete and replacing it at the same width on beach walk 17 .
The beach walk will be accessible during this work. However, we ask that pedestrians proceed with caution as this will be an active work zone.
Working hours will be between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Tree Work to occur along Plantation Dr. And Lighthouse Rd.

Tree work will occur along Plantation Drive and Lighthouse Road on Thursday, 3/28.
The road and leisure trail will be open. However, we ask residents to use caution when traveling through the area as it may be an active work zone.
Our tree contractor will have their crew members help secure and stop traffic/pedestrians as needed.
Working hours will be between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Tree work on the corner of Club Course Drive and Greenwood Drive

Tree work is scheduled for Thursday, 3/28 at the corner of Club Course Drive and Greenwood Drive.
We anticipate some minor traffic delays, with occasional traffic stops, as our contractor will have a crane on site.
Flag men will be present.
Please use caution in this area
